What exactly is Cryolipolysis?
The cryolipolysis procedure is a non-surgical, slimming technique that does not require invasive in the subcutaneous tissue. The procedure causes the fat cells to cool in a certain region, freezing and then breaking up the fat cells, which allows the fat cells to disappear permanently without causing any damage to the skin and surrounding tissues.
Hundreds of thousands of people around the world are beginning to experiment with fat-reducing technologies to get rid of excess fat masses in order to make their body contours more beautiful. The main goal of this process is to remove large amounts of fat mass from the body. As an alternative to some lipid-releasing techniques such as liposuction, cryogenic lipolysis can be performed without the need for anesthesia and the procedure is successfully applied without the need to cut through the skin.
All lipolysis techniques are safest and have the following benefits:
- In practice, needles and so on materials are not used.
- No drug needs to be applied to the candidates.
- Anesthesia or surgical incision is not performed.
- Upper skin texture does not cause any damage and metabolic changes do not occur.
- Immediately after application, routine work can easily be returned to life.
- It is a fast-acting, immediate and cost-effective process.
- The same successful result is obtained for male and female candidates equally.
How does cryogenic lipolysis work?
The basic principle of the cryogenic lipolysis process is that it is based on the fact that fat-containing cells, known as adipocytes, are more sensitive to cold and hat than other cell types. When fat-containing cells are exposed to cold air, they begin to freeze with the fat mass they contain. With the cryogenic lipolysis procedure, fat cells freeze without deteriorating cell structure.
The device used in the procedure has two cooling panels connected to the cup-shaped applicator for cold and hot air spray application to the treated area. Manually, applicators are used to absorb the bulge fat mass, and cooling is carried out for 45 to 60 minutes to remove adipocytes (fat deposits) from the centre. During the procedure, the slimming candidate will initially feel high pressure and extreme cold, but these feelings do not last for more than a few minutes. When the machine is removed, the fat mass becomes hard, but it re-softens in a few minutes. It will be useful to massage for a few minutes after the procedure. A person can return to normal daily activities immediately, but it will take some time to realize the final results.
One month after the procedure, the initial pain and the number of destroyed fat cells will gradually decrease. It takes 2 to 4 months for the final results of the application to emerge. Cryogenic lipolysis is generally a successful method to reduce the fat content by 20-25%.
